PVT clashes with other plugin

Dear Sirs or Madam,

sorry to say I have to ask for a refund. The plugin looked to fill all the need I have for variation products, but it clashes with another plugin that are essential to us.

If you would look into this matter the plugin that doesn’t work with your PVT (or vice versa) is https://acowebs.com/woo-custom-product-addons/

Even if I choose conditional (in PVT) to exclude certain products that contains custom product addon, PVT plugin still shows up on that product page. 

Therefore I have to ask for a refund. If this matter could be sorted I would happy continue using your product.
