Refund Policy

We strongly believe in and stand with our products. But like any other digital product, we understand that sometimes they might not work as expected (without any issue) for every user all the time.

If you find an issue with our products that make your system unusable, please open a support ticket. We’ll ask a temporary admin access to your site login credentials (if required).

We take a maximum 2 working days to reply to a ticket. If we fail to resolve your issue, we will be happy to give you a complete refund. However, you can only request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase. WPXtension team will not be responsible for any issues you face due to a third-party product.

Few more important notice:

Please open a ticket stating your issue in detail, (along with screenshots if required), before requesting a refund.

We request you to try and assist you before asking for a refund adequately. For that, you are required to provide a detailed screenshot of the issue. We will ask you to provide us with temporary access to your site if needed.

After that, we will try our best to find the issues and solve them. If we cannot resolve your issue, we are happy to provide a full refund.

  • Refunds only will be issued within 30 days from your purchased date. After that, no refunds can be processed.
  • In the case, a product is automatically renewed, refund requests cannot be processed.
  • If the product(s) are purchased at a discounted value, WPXtension reserves the right to deny any refund request made by the User.

If the above criteria are met, you are eligible for a refund. Open a support ticket, and we will reply within two working days.
