You should leave this website, not use any of the available resources or products, and not subscribe to this service if you do not agree to these terms.
Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances shall WPXtension be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. It includes, but is not limited to, data loss or profit arising from the use or the inability to use the resources on this site. Despite WPXtension or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
License
The license key certifies that you are a valid customer and likely to get updates from our system. The plugin might not work as expected unless you activate the license key.
Each product from our site includes 1-year update validity unless you buy the lifetime package. This date will be calculated from the time your order has been completed. If you do not activate a valid license, you will not use the product you purchased.
It would help if you had an active subscription to access the download section. We process recurring payments automatically. Our products have an auto-renewal feature; we use WooCommerce Subscriptions and Paddle to ensure a smooth subscriptions flow.
Software updates
For one year, updates are included for free when you purchase a product. If you have an active license key and your products support it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your extension does not support automatic updates, it can be downloaded from our site’s “My Download” page.
Support services
We’ll provide support up to one year after the purchase date. You must renew your license key if you wish to get support after one year.
Ownership and liability
You shall not claim direct ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of WPXtension. Our products are provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event we are liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Warranty
Our products are provided without any warranty. There’s no such guarantee that our products will be functional with all versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. Also, we do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third-party plugins, scripts, or applications.
Updates
Product updates are available to users who have purchased and have an active license. Our tools are continuously developed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress. Still, we can’t guarantee that older versions will run with future versions of WordPress. However, we are committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.
Modifications
You are allowed to make any necessary modifications to our products to fit your specific needs. All of our products will still be copyright of WPXtension, and all files utilized must retain their respective licenses.
Delivery
After successfully receiving your payment, we’ll send you purchased information to your email address. This may take some time but usually happens within minutes. If you don’t receive an email after this time, contact us through our website.
Price changes
WPXtension reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription with/without notice.
We reserve the right to change our product prices individually at any time without prior notice.
Images copyright
Our products do not come packaged with any image, and you are responsible for adding your images. Yet, you will see several photographic images when viewing our product demos. Those images aren’t included in the product, but they are provided for demonstration purposes and are used to give the users a functional preview of the theme once content has been added.
Subscription
WPXtension reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the service at any time with/without notice.
Prices of all products are subject to change with prior notice from us. We might provide notice at any time by posting the changes to the subscription page or by email.
WPXtension shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price change, suspension,
modification, or discontinuance of the service.
Upgrade or downgrade in plan level will result in changes in services, and there will be no proration between the billing cycle. Any balance amount will be handled separately by the company and the customer.
Downgrading your service may cause the loss of your account services and features. WPXtension does not accept any liability for such loss.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription. Please, note that all of your content will be inaccessible from the service immediately upon cancellation.
If you cancel the renewal before the end of your current billing cycle, your cancellation will take effect immediately. You will not be charged again. But there will not be any prorating unused time in the last billing cycle.
Refund Policy
We offer a money-back policy within 30 days of your purchase. Please, note that you’ll not get a refund for any renewal payments.
When you buy a yearly license, the renewal payment will go through automatically one year later. We’ll send you a reminder email before the renewal to confirm that the license is about to renew. Please ensure you cancel the license if you don’t wish to renew.
