Is there a solution to still have a dropdown on the shop page so users can see quickly if products in stock from the shop page. 

Or even a dropdown mini table or pop up . just a rapid way of seeing if stock is available rather than open product page  check stock then come back out to where you were

I hope that you are doing great.

Unfortunately, this is not possible with our plugin.

Our plugin only deals with the single product pages.

It does not have anything to do with the shop/archive pages.

There must be other plugins that can help you with your goal.
