Payment failed. Please help.

I have tried 3 cards and they all don’t work, it says this card type is not supported. I have never had issues like this, even when paying abroad. Please can you help? I have tried Mastercard and Visa.

We are using the 2checkout payment gateway. The card acceptance totally depends on them. We are just using their service.

We have another payment gateway PayPal. Did you try that?

Right okay, so i will have to make a paypal account?

Surely you should get this checked, if your payment system isn't accepting the most common payment methods? You will be loosing out on a lot of business.
