Hi, I’ve tested it and it works perfectly on android and windows but clients running mac and apple are having difficulties, with facebook not loading or displaying any links or errors popping up, can this be looked into, thanks.

We have tested our plugin on a Mac using Safari browser.
Unfortunately, we couldn't find any issues as you mentioned.
