Please refund as I cancelled prior to renewal date

Hi Guys,

I have not heard anything from you but there is a refund request already in process but it needs your approval. I had already canceled my plugin and you can clearly see the end date. I still was charged and now requesting a refund.

You should get an email from the 2Chekout payment gateway before this renewal.

As you purchased using 2Checkout, you should also cancel the subscription from the 2Chekout panel as well.

Don't worry we will refund this order (within today), and cancel your subscription from 2Checkout.
